At Gear In, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Return Eligibility (3 Days Only)

  • Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required

Any return request after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used, damaged, or altered

  • Original packaging, accessories, or labels are missing

  • The issue is due to customer mishandling


Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Clear photos or videos may be required for verification


Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (as applicable)


Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

  • Bank details must be provided by the customer


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
