The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required
Any return request after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted if:

Original packaging, accessories, or labels are missing

The issue is due to customer mishandling
Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 24 hours of delivery

Clear photos or videos may be required for verification
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection

Approved refunds will be processed within 3 working days

Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit (as applicable)
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit

Bank details must be provided by the customer
Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect

Shipping charges are non-refundable
